Fantastic location close to El Poblado.

I faced significant communication issues with the hotel after they unexpectedly increased my nightly rate. Additionally, my room was unclean upon arrival and lacked hot water, which made my stay far from pleasant. Lastly, I was disturbed by noise from other guests that disrupted my sleep, which was especially frustrating as I had plans for early activities.

What’s great and what’s not

The location is fantastic close to El Poblado the staff are friendly and the breakfast changes daily offering eggs fruit and coffee.

The shower water could have been hotter which might be a concern for some guests.

Wi-fi was reliable. No laundry service available, which was inconvenient during my stay.

oh, the hotel pool was kind of big, but too bad there was no space to actually lay down! also, considering all the inconvenience, a complimentary gift would definitely have been a nice touch, but it seems that’s too much to ask for around here.

I loved the refreshing outdoor pool that was perfect for cooling off after a long day, and the breakfast spread was delicious with fresh fruit and local dishes. The spa offered a great massage, making my stay even more enjoyable. Just a heads up, the wifi got a bit spotty at times, but it didn't ruin my vibe at all. 🌞

We had a lovely time at this hotel with our older kids. The outdoor pool was refreshing after exploring Medellin's entertainment district, and having a good breakfast with variations each day made mornings enjoyable and hassle-free.

My wife says that the noise levels could annoy families.
